Newsletter editor needed

I need assistance to help me organize my monthly newsletter. I already have the basic layout set up in microsoft publisher. I will forward you the articles and pictures and you will orangize the content to fit in the document and send it back to me. The newsletter is a 4 to 6 pages long. 
This will be a monthly newsletter. 
Requirements: 
* microsoft publisher (the current outline is created in publisher..but I’m open to convert to word)
* good email connection 
* 4 day turn around. 
* No experience in layout required but preferred. 
* self starter
